I am down 53 of the 100 I want/need to loose. My mini goal is to loose 12 pounds so that I will be just overweight and not technically obese (Based on BMI). I have bad knees and have been getting shots in the joints that have really worked wonders but they said that I needed to get my BMI down below 30 or they wouldn't approve knee replacement (Don't need it now but I will eventually need it). I have an appointment on Aug 17, don't know if I can make it there by then but I am sure going to try!!!11

My mini goal right now is to lose 4.5 lbs to bring my total to 20 lbs lost. Hoping to achieve that by end of August, in time for my son’s Engagement Party.11

I'm starting an Aquafit class in August and I would like to be below 250 lbs by then. As of this morning I have 2.6 lbs to go.10

For me it's getting under 200. In the past 2 months I've dropped 2 sizes and about 22 lbs. Working on a sustainable, healthier me and loving it. I'm only 6 pounds away from my goal!13

I've been off my normal diet and exercise game. I'm working to get back on track and shed the extra little bit of belly fat I.ve accumulated.9

I achieved my first small goal; I got my body fat percentage to 8. When I started it was 25%. The next goal is to gain more weight and stay in good shape. I didn't succeed the first time because the attitude was wrong.8

My mini goal is to get back to the gym 3x week and just lose 5lbs to remind myself that I can!!!5

I want to be comfortable in a certain pair of shorts when we go camping/hiking. I wore them often 2 years ago and they were snug but now they're outright too tight (though I can button them, barely),9

I dropped 5 lbs this week after gaining 7 over 2 months while RV'ing. My last mini goal was to drop those 7 lbs. Well after dropping 5 in one week I'm overly excited about that. So I replaced that mini goal with a new one. To be a 2'sie by the end of August.7

to weigh 180 by September 7th, 20237

I'm having knee replacement surgery in August. I knew it would be an easier recovery if I lost weight. I've learned not to quit, that plateaus happen, but if you keep at it, you'll soon be losing again.12

Have a visible jawline, be able to zip up my size 20 jacket (weird cause I'm a size 18!!!) and I dunno... I need some smaller goals because those seem pretty big. I would also like to be 110kg or lower and lose another dress size.6

I just found out that one of my granddaughter's is engaged. Wedding date not yet decided, but my goal is to be able to wear an attractive outfit for the day. I'm currently a size 14 (Canadian) and would like to get comfortably into a 12.12

Be able to fit into the dress my sister brought me for her wedding seven years ago, and dress up as a princess for a few minutes on my birthday! (I'm getting a castle cake and wearing a tiara)10
