Lets shake our selves off and refocus. I know I have too. My weight this week is 144. Im up three pounds. I ate everthing in sight. I find when Im mid cycle I get the major sugar salt munchies. So. I'm dusting off the cob webs and going back to the C25k. I saw alot of progress and it didnt kill me.

PHEW!!! By the skin of my teeth, I somehow managed to stay exactly the same as last week (it always amazes me that that can happen, down to the 10th of a pound)... but anyway, I know that I technically "gained" b/c I was down a pound earlier in the week. So I guess that's what 5 good days, 1 so so day, and 1 bad day can get you.
Off to a good start today, and I am going to really try to hit -2.8 so I can make my 1st minigoal! Hugs all! amy :0)

I bounced back and forth from 217 to 216 all week. I'm really upset...but I honestly have been really busy with working my job on nights (my main job) and then my landlord at the last minute wants me to clean apartments as soon as I get home from work. I'm usually very exhausted come 2pm. This week will be a better week however...since I am off 5 nights in a row starting Thursday night. Hope you all did well!!! I must lose 3 pounds by next week to hit my mini goal.0 -

Good morning, everyone! Here we go...another week. I did good on the exercise challenge this week. Bumped the time I exercised for the week from 290 minutes up to 385 minutes. So I worked out for an average of 55 minutes a day this past week. That's pretty good for me with my crazy busy life. :happy:
Did terrible on the fruit/veggie challenge. Veggies...no problem, fruit....boo! :ohwell: I did eat some fruit, but not every day, and not nearly enough.
Since I also take my measurements every week, if inches lost are going to be incorporated into the new chart...let me know. Also what would I be adding up? Inches lost from...where? I measure neck (never changes), upper arm, bust (can't afford to lose inches there, lol), waist, abs, hips, thighs, and calf.
I also liked the idea of a challenge of picking an outfit out to wear that I don't fit into right now...and working towards the moment when it fits. I actually have such an outfit in my closet. It's a black jacket (gorgeous cut) with matching dress pants. Still has tags on it. I bought it about 2 years ago when I had lost weight. Didn't need to wear it at the time, but just loved the way it looked both on the hanger and on me. Well....2 years later, I couldn't wear it if I wanted to. I can get the pants on and zipped, but I look like a stuffed sausage in them! :laugh:

Feeling so down. I have been starting the day great, but by mid-afternoon, it's like I lose all self control. I haven't been able to exercise the past two weeks due to a hurt neck, but it's feeling better and I'm going to refocus now.
It's hard to pull out of a slump! Any advice out there? ;-)
