I’m actually in the bath, trying to shake off the day. I’m not doing well physical or mental health-wise, but just booked to give blood so that is one thing I can be positive about 😊

@Tamevv A bath sounds so relaxing. I hope things look up for you soon. Good for you for donating blood. I had to stop donating blood because my hemoglobin kept being low. I have th good blood they need too. lol
@trooworld Hope you feel better soon. Fridays off is fun. At least you tracked everything and now you can figure out how to make tracking on MFP work for you.

@trooworld I’m sure it would be hard to go somewhere new in a bathing suit but look at the benefits. If you conquer this you can conquer anything. Yaaay on your weight loss.

Hi all (trooworld) LOL. I have been with a sick baby and there just has not been time for me. He is crying in his crib right now, (just woke up from SHORT nap). So making this short. I am alive, but busy with a baby and my daughter starts kindergarten tomorrow...so until I get my routine down...LOL I will post as much as possible, but working on my health.

Well I have a minute and want to check in. My hubby is helping with the baby. Well first day wet well, she loved it and her words were....I had a really good, good, good day. She came home, washed her hands, changed clothes and has been playing in her room since. She only goes 3 hours, but it's enough. Baby is a little better, still fussy, but right now is playing. I will keep doing the little things until they become big things for my health.
@trooworld glad you drank lots of water...that's one of the things I am making a consistent habit. 120 oz is a lot...I get about 64 or a little more..so I guess I had better step it up. LOL

Morning all, well it's afternoon here. LOL. 2nd day at School went well. I am not sleeping as much, trying to get all my stuff done...I don't think I ever will. LOL. I want to do too much. Baby just hangs on you all day..and tries to bite you...He doesn't understand he can't bite...I need to get back to tracking...I know that is really the key. I just am not good at it..so it's time to focus on one thing. water is/was my first goal...I guess I should put tracking next, then movement..
@trooworld I used to belong to the Y, my boss and I would go every night after work. It was on the way home..sort of. LOL They had a great step class. I think DH is right, Try it to see if you even like it or it works with your schedule/life. LOL I think if my boss wasn't going with me, I would have not gone as much.

Morning, I did okay yesterday, no exercise though. I am going to sit down today to try to meal plan for the week. I have to get my ducks in a row, I don't do well in chaos. LOL. I am taking time for me everyday, it could be something as little as I wash my face at night before going to bed, at least it was something just for me and my benefit.
@trooworld you are right today is another day and you get to choose how to make it work for you. I am glad you are going for stretching. I think that is very important and I know I need to do some...so do double one for me and one for you..LOL.

Morning, I have been crazy, sorry for being gone. Little one had a birthday party here at our home with family..pool, lots of pizza and of course many presents. She actually got up 2 hours early before school to play with her new stuff yesterday. I am losing weight. I am not trying. Maybe I am being better in my mind and it is showing in my scales. LOL
@trooworld Thank you for being faithful to this board. I never liked water aerobics. When I broke my knee, that was part of my therapy, exercises in the pool and the stationary bike...which to this day I still don't like LOL. I am so glad you enjoyed stretching. I need to do that I really do. My right leg is so stiff, when I sit crossed leg in my chair it hurts...I feel it pull. LOL

Well today is her 5th birthday...she says I am "this many now". LOL. Wish we all would get excited when we say that, but I don't have enough toes and fingers.

Well I was at the Dr's yesterday and with JEANS on..I was still lower in weight than I started with them..so that was good..LOL. still working on movement..

Well, iam at home with baby girl who started running a fever last night. Funny thing is she asked for water to drink because it's healthy...so I am doing something right. Then she picked up my 3lb weights and put them above her head and said see mommy I am exercising...oh if only things could happen through osmosis...😁

Are you accepting new people to your thread? I've been following WW for the last 6 months and have lost 30lbs but I'm to a point I need to start tracking calories over points. I've used MFP multiple times before. Hoping to find a new community and support system.0

Morning all, I didn't track, so I don't know what I am taking in. My daughter wrote me out an exercise plan...LOL I have still yet to do it. She is a personal trainer at one of the gyms and felt the need to help me. I am grateful that she took the time..now I have to take the time.
@ness8484 So glad you found us. Yes we have a few more that are missing, but thanks to @trooworld she keeps this board going when some of us get sidetracked. LOL. I think we all have done WW at some time and we started this group because the thing we all missed was the community for support. That is what we are here for. Welcome aboard. Congrats on the 30lb loss!!!

@trooworld Yaaaay on preordering the salad. That's the way to do it. Awesome amount of water. Can you keep a couple of healthy frozen dinners in the freezer for times such as this when your husband didn't cook and says let's order in. You just say you go ahead and order. I've got a healthy meal in there. I'll wait for yours to come so we can eat together. Now if he's anything like mine he might get mad. Mine does. Cause then it's obvious he's not making good choices and he's mad at me for pointing that out. I use to just give in and say ok fine, order me....But not anymore. I'm in charge of my health and my decisions.
@cbabie You are a good role model for water drinking. Now you can be one for exercise. Get started. Just do 5 minutes.
I'm trying to get back into a routine so I can be here every night. Hubby is here now and that always seems to throw off my routine. He brings the stress with him I think. LOL I'm eating more than I plan but not as much as I could be.

Morning all, I am so excited, my mindset is changing in regards to others who make me feel I shouldn't be able to make choices by telling them no...LOL. (not baby girl). I did my exercises today and I am so excited that I got 30 min in. Now like my water cup says, you did it, refill. I did it, redo.
@trooworld , so sorry that you didn't do well. I hate to be hot...makes me crabby. LOL Well you know the reason you went over and it wasn't just cause you wanted to, could, rebelled, it was life. So look at you water in take...you did great there!!!. Today is another opportunity to take care of YOU.
@theslightedgeforever it is hard when our family doesn't work with us and works against us. They don't see that they are doing that, but they are. You are in charge of you and you deserve a long healthy life. don't let anyone take that from you. I think you are doing good by your tracking, but you strive for better..LOL.

@trooworld So take out 2 things in your freezer and cook/use them in healthy meals so then you'll have room for 2 frozen meals. Things like Amy's or Lean Cuisine really don't take up much space. Good job on another day of water.

So I went to Minneapolis today to Mall of America. For some reason my foot started hurting and still hurts. I hope it goes away tomorrow so I can do my walk and gym. I ordered a salmon salad. Ate half and brought half home. Then ate half a serving of some good Southwest enchiladas I made yesterday for dinner. All of these halves is cause I planned in some ice cream.

@trooworld Doesn't matter what is in the freezer as long as it's single-portioned and healthy. Something that can be cooked quickly so you aren't tempted by high-calorie/high-fat take out food. Did you enjoy your water aerobics? I think my stress fracture has just flared up. I'm giving it rest for the next couple of days. Tomorrow I'm headed to Iowa for a couple of days.

It was supposed to storm here, but haven't seen a drop..just overcast and humid. LOL. Okay you didn't eat great today, but you are going for the gold, not for a one night stand. LOL. @cbabie One thing you can do for next time is once you realize the cake isn't that good, stop eating it. Or just swipe off the icing. You don't have to finish it. You ate bday cake with the family and saved yourself some calories.
So back at my daughters house in MN. Yesterday I got to visit 2 extra states so I could check them off my list. S Dakota and Nebraska. Then back to Iowa and then drove back to MN. I was tired. But a good trip overall.
I walked 30 min today to the theater and back. We saw Strays. it was funny. My goal is to hit the gym tomorrow for weights and stretching but no cardio. My foot is better but I think another day of rest would be good.

I've been off track for a couple weeks, but using this week to get back on track. Tracked my food today finally. Have plans to get a couple stationary bike workouts in. I'm doing a 500 mile challenge that I'm also trying to get back on track with.

@trooworld Celebrate your water wins. Yes you had a bad day but you have had more than one good day I saw. My daughter is making me an adventurer. Her motto is if not now, when? But then it's hard to get back into a routine when I go home. Fall crafts sounds nice.

Afternoon all, sorry haven't been here, we have had a visitor from Alaska here all week. I am sneaking in me time to post. I haven't eaten too bad, but not my best and no exercise. I have been fighting headaches all week.

@theslightedgeforever Sorry you have a headache, could be the weather. I was thinking about you walking to the theater and it reminded me when we used to go visit Granny and we would walk to that little store and buy something, just to get out of her house. We walked by ourself too. LOL

@trooworld Thanks for the info on the noodles. I haven't heard of them either. I was reading today that all it takes is one good decision to lead us down the pathway of other good decisions. Which determine whether we have a good day or bad day. Yaay on more water than you drank the day before.
@cbabie Slight headache today too. It's was 107 here today with heat index. I had to go buy groceries and wasn't out long but then later when I returned there was the headache. Hope I'm not getting sick. That's usually the only time I get headaches. Shanks was the name of that store. Do you know we were kin to them? Good for you for not eating as bad as you might normally with a visitor.
I had a do nothing day. Didn't track. Didn't exercise. Didn't drink much water. I did do the one thing that I said I was going to do which was leave my bottle of water on the stove at night. So I'll see it when I make breakfast and start drinking first thing. That's one of my habits I'm working on of course. Make the action small and so easy I can't help but do it.
