Hi, I'm Michele from Houston TX. I am 61 years young, 5'4" and currently weigh around 215.
LONG time MFP member - since 2012 weighing 232lbs. Lost 50 lbs, reaching 181.0 in June 2014. Kept most of that weight off for a long time, but it has slowly crept up to 190-200 by 2020. Now, at 215, it is time to get back to MFP after a long absence.

I have started a high protein diet and added road cycling to my exercise routine. I hope the pounds will start slipping off soon. I plan to add strength training to the mix in a month or two.9 -

I'm a few days late but need to get this non-motivated self turned around. I posted August 1, and then did not even sign into MFP after August 4. Ugh!! I hope this will be the day I get this under control because I hit 170s again and I have no energy from how I've been eating and not drinking enough water. Okay, I'm planning on September being the month I get back to my healthy self.

September goal - Get closer to the middle or lower end of maintenance weight.
Ultimate goal - Range between 143 - 153
I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.
