    September 6:134.1lbs(+0.4lbs) Had a complete high sodium week. I ate an average of 2,700mg seven days. yesterday particularly 2,900mg. So I'm not at a lower weight this week. Working to get my averages down to the recommened 2,300mg per day.
    Septemeber 12:134.7(+0.6lbs) for a total (+1.0lbs) up to date.I figure I'd be up or close to same from last week weight. Body feels a bit heavy. Is holding onto water for repair, of a rough leg workout,Constipation,and not enough sleep.I still have tomorrow to weigh in also. Don't think much more will change..

    @deepwoodslady I've been watching your comments over the summer (in the summer weight loss challenge) and I'm so happy to see today's update! Can't wait to see you switch to forest green soon. The 180's are right around the corner, stick with it <3

    Since the weather is turning fall-ish now, maybe you'd enjoy the 50 Days to Fright Night for Beginners walking challenge? I saw this posted on another thread yesterday, and it looks like fun if you're looking to walk more.

    Hi, I'm Sandy, joining this challenge. I had gained weight over the years then lost it all after I became determined to get healthier. But after an unexpected illness and multiple surgeries over the past 3 years gained some back. So I'm committing to losing it again and regaining my health. Height 5'2", age 57

    September 13:134.4lbs(-0.3lbs) Not much has changed from yesterday. It's Nothing but water loss. Hope for some real fat loss later in this month.

    I'm Chris - 73 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
    ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    Hello, I have re-joined MFP and I just had a C section on the 28th of August welcoming the finale to the family a baby girl we named Olivia. This was my first major surgery and I was apprehensive about the recovery but so far it has gone quite smoothly. I have decided to start walking now and then get the all clear on the 13th of October to begin workouts. My goal while I am on a year leave from work is to start running again and get into a healthy exercise routine that I will be able to continue even when I go back to work. I would love to have some accountability friends so feel free to add me!!
