    I'm a few days late but need to get this non-motivated self turned around. I posted August 1, and then did not even sign into MFP after August 4. Ugh!! I hope this will be the day I get this under control because I hit 170s again and I have no energy from how I've been eating and not drinking enough water. Okay, I'm planning on September being the month I get back to my healthy self.

    @Veta2018 You can join right now, just comment and ask to be added! People join all the time later in the month. You can start anytime you want, you just won't be counted for the "Winner's Circle" because you didn't complete the full month, but that doesn't matter at all :) I hope to see you over there, let me know if you need any more help!

    09/19-190.0-(Trend Weight: 191.9)- I’ve been feeling grateful for the losses on the scale but am very excited about my trend weight changes. It really affirms that I’m on the right trajectory and that some of the things I am doing are really working overall. I don’t think I will make my goal for September since having to post such a large overnight gain on the 1st of September, but I’ve reduced my weight every single week since then and I’m happy about that.
