September 6:134.1lbs(+0.4lbs) Had a complete high sodium week. I ate an average of 2,700mg seven days. yesterday particularly 2,900mg. So I'm not at a lower weight this week. Working to get my averages down to the recommened 2,300mg per day.
Septemeber 12:134.7(+0.6lbs) for a total (+1.0lbs) up to date.I figure I'd be up or close to same from last week weight. Body feels a bit heavy. Is holding onto water for repair, of a rough leg workout,Constipation,and not enough sleep.I still have tomorrow to weigh in also. Don't think much more will change..
September 13:134.4lbs(-0.3lbs) Not much has changed from yesterday. It's Nothing but water loss. Hope for some real fat loss later in this month.

September 20:133.1(-1.1lbs) I wasn't expecting any lower. Expected to be a much heavier weight. with all the extra salt, carbs, and sugar I was eating. Also I over ate my calorie goal by a lot. For 5 days leading up to my two weigh ins. which were yesterday and today. My calories had averaged about 1,950 everyday for seven days. The week before.I was very hungry and crave.
Now I am (1.3lbs)away from my September goal .

I'm Chris - 73 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...

I couldn't update on 8th September cuz i was in the middle of my period but now i think it's ok

September 22: 81.6 kg π₯³ the past week was hard cuz my weight refused to go neither up or down so i felt frustrated so 3 days ago i ate more than my calories with about 200 calories and then yesterday i had only 400 calories food all the day so it worked i shaked my weight hahaha lets hope i go to 79 by the end of the month I'm so excited!

Good morning,
I'm feeling good! Iβm feeling strong! Iβm feeling proud! Iβve made a weight loss plan and I'm sticking to it. I'm making progress and my clothes aren't feeling as tight.
I will continue to:
*Plan my meals and pre-log all my foods to reach my daily goals.
*Do a 30 minute workout, 3 or more times a week.
*Drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
What I changed:
*I added dumbbells to my workout routine.
*I prepared new recipes. Iβm still eating the same healthy foods, with different seasoning, creating new delicious flavors.
What I need to do next::
*Plan my long-term strategy to acquire lifetime habits.
*Fall cleaning β I'll get rid of old unhealthy foods from the fridge and cabinets. I will put a few of my husband's sweets and not so healthy foods on the top shelf. They will be out of my site and reach.(I'm 5ft)

I knew darn well that last week was a weird fluke of being dehydrated and literally hungry. Keeping up with tracking for the last 3 weeks which is a big deal for me - it's amazing the difference it makes!!
