In October I had days where I went over my calories however right back at it the next day logging and being mindful. This is making me see that one day of being imperfect is not an excuse to keep on eating because "Hey I already messed up" which what I always did.8 -

Hello everyone!
Joining this challenge to get back on track! A few months ago I was 118 lbs but huge life changes got in the way. I stopped being consistent with making healthy food choices and daily exercise. Hello I'd like to join the challenge. I'm just restarting on MFP today. I lost 130 lbs about 15 years ago but I've regained most of it and I want to be healthy again! I have joint issues now so I'll be doing only calorie counting until I've lost some weight and can exercise without stressing my joints.
My first goal is to lose 100 lbs, which will put me at a healthy BMI again and I would like to achieve that by my 40th birthday in May 2025. My ultimate goal is 140 lbs! π

Hey all, I'm Jacky, 47f from Canada. I am four months into my latest fitness and nutrition journey to manage my menopausal symptoms, build strength and muscle mass, and reduce my body fat percentage. I just finished a 12 week workout program and while I didn't move the needle on the scale much, I feel much stronger and my clothes are looser. I am kicking off a six week workout program today and thought this might be a good challenge to help me keep it all on track. Good luck, everyone!
