Hi everyone,
This is my first time ina a community as I have been attempting weight loss from past 14years and I keep falling off the wagon and gaining back more than before.
I used to exercise a lot, but gradually have damaged my back and knee, so no more exercising or much of a physical activity for tht matter.

I am late by a couple days! Got caught up in life.
Got back into meal planning, making some healthy sweets to help cravings and started a new exercise program. My hope is this sets the month on the right track.

Hello everyone!
Joining this challenge to get back on track! A few months ago I was 118 lbs but huge life changes got in the way. I stopped being consistent with making healthy food choices and daily exercise. Ready to recommit to myself and put in the required work to get where I want to be. Looking forward to watching everyone progress over the next month! I'm a 38 year old female, 4'11".

Total loss for November: I'm holding really steady. That's better than the previous couple months for sure. Maintenance is my goal, but I'm not really quite back in to what I consider my maintenance goal. Still - holding steady is good. The bad part is I'm up about five pounds for the year. Of course I have also been up and down a lot. In February, I was about 15 pounds lighter than I am now. I gained weight during and after my Grand Canyon raft trip. Then in August, I was about five pounds less than I am now - about where I started the year. Maybe this actually IS maintenance, and I just need to rethink my goals. Carefully of course, because even gaining two pounds a year means that over a few years.... As always, vigilance is key. Just doing this weekly check-in is a good thing. Thanks @enlightenme3 for keeping it going month after month!

Weight in blue makes me blue because itβs a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because itβs a loss. Weight in black means no change.
11/01-181.2-(Trend Weight: 184.5)-
11/05-184.6-(Trend Weight: 184.2)- My scale weight is up but my trend weight is down. It certainly has been a very strange and confusing week. Some small scale gains I understand, other days it just doesnβt make sense (like this morningβs after a 1010 calorie low carb day yesterday). Iβm just going with the flow I guess. It should all even itself out.
11/12-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- I just returned from a trip that was 5 hours of driving each way (plus stops). I went to the comedy show of Lewis Black. It was very funny. The venue was stunningly beautiful. The hotel was nice and the food was good. I really enjoyed the time I was able to spend with my oldest daughter. Iβm glad to be home where I can get back to more movement and more food control. I feel the bloat but no worries, it will be gone in a matter of days.
