OMG I feel sooooo stupid. Have spent the last 15 days thinking this was a ten thousand minute challenge - only just realised it is one thousand minute challenge.
So, actually I guess i am doing quite well..... just the little boost I needed before heading off to bed.
Break up of 15 days exercise is 1845 minutes of daily steps and 325 mins of other exercise. I will aim for another 175 mins of other exercise before the end of the month (total 500 mins other exercise) in addition to trying to increase my average daily steps to 10000 (240 minutes).0 -

I have been TERRIBLE at updating but here is a weekly rundown of the month thus far:
Sept. 5 - Sept. 11 = 520 minutes
Sept. 12 - Sept. 18 = 431 minutes
Sept. 19 - Sept. 25 = 555 minutes
Sept. 26 = 60 minutes
TOTAL = 1566 minutes!
I am super excited to see that number as I have been working my BUTT off! Well, it is not falling off THAT fast but, still. :laugh: Including today, we have 4 more days until October. 31 minutes of Wii Gold's Gym Dance Workout.
I am enjoying it even though I am not co-ordinated at all and can't seem to accomplsih the arm and leg moves at the same time! It's only my second time using it but I haven't given up yet! Must be because it's fun! Well, it's only fun when the Wii remote and the game work properly as otherwise it gets frustrating when you are doing the arm moves they show but the game keeps saying you missed the move!
More exercise to come later. Goal is 1 hour for today.0 -
