    I had my child 4 years ago. My postpartum weight was 159 (highest ever). I’m currently 158, meaning I’m only ONE pound from my postpartum weight 😭. I started MFP 3 months after baby and got back down into a healthy BMI for my height. Slowly I’ve crept back up in the last few years (it’s easy to put ourselves last as parents). Recently we took family photos, and well, here I am. My first goal is to get back into a healthy BMI (136) for my height, but my ULTIMATE goal is to get back to 121-125, it’s the weight I FEEL πŸ”₯ at. I want to feel πŸ”₯ again.

    November goal - Get back into maintenance weight range.
    Ultimate goal - Range between 143 - 153

    Total loss for November: Well, at least I stopped the gain even during food fest week, so that's good. But still, I'm up almost a pound for the month with a week to go. Breaking even will be the only success this month, and that's by no means guaranteed.

    11/20-180.8-(Trend Weight: 182.5)- I had a really good week last week until the multiple travel days which sort of derailed me. But I am still ahead of the game this week and back on track now that I am home. I actually touched 179 twice last week so I’m hopeful. Now, to keep things going good until Turkey Day. I’ll splurge then, but I will try to limit it to just that day. My dinner will be on Saturday the 25th. I’m not sure of our exact plans for the actual holiday on Thursday yet.

    11/26-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- Our Thanksgiving Dinner was wonderful yesterday. Too much food! Today I travel to the movie theater with my grandson (5 yrs old), daughter, daughter-in-law and other (4 yr old) grandson. I just learned there is a theater about 60 miles from my house each way so off to see Trolls it is! I promised the 5 yr old I would take him to the movies and get popcorn if he would stop pooping his pants. I promised him during the summer and it’s been weeks now that he has stayed clean. A promise is a promise so that older overweight lady with the fake smile plastered on her face in the theater today will be me! I do love the movies and want to teach that love to my grandchildren. I’m just more of a Disney or Pixar fan. I also like Illumination Studios pretty well too. The good thing about Trolls: It is guaranteed to always have good music in it. I post again in 4 more days for the end of month tally so we will see how it’s going then and if I’ve recovered from the holiday and travels.

    Making progress. Healthy lifestyle paying off! Although it’s expensive to eat well. Fasting has helped too.

    Hi guys this is going to be my second challenge. I did one for October and it was really helpful.

    Ultimate Goal Weight: not sure want to focus on small obtainable goals so for now 199 by new year.

    November 22:208 late recording too busy baking but I weighed in on Wednesday and was thrilled. I’ve been making good choices including having everything I wanted thanksgiving day. πŸ¦ƒ
