    Sounds like you have a good approach, and it sounds like you'll keep monitoring and making small changes to maintain and improve your health!......... ]My suggestion was to just pay attention and it continues when you're not trying, maybe see a physician. In the meantime, keep sticking to it!

    Editing: sorry, I remembered only now: I cook for 5 persons (me, husband, son, and my parents who live next to us), and this improvement in food is having the right effects on everyone (that is, son is "fatting" because obviously his portions are bigger - he's very very thin, as all we in family -; my parents are the same as before, because I give them the same portions as before; me and husband are both losing, because I learned to give us more vegetables and fewer pasta or lasagna etc - we are no more in the "age of growth" :-D. So, the more I think about it and the more I'm sure it's just matter of portions... and of having no more a pack of candies every day!

    I'm Chris - 73 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...

    Hi guys this is going to be my second challenge. I did one for October and it was really helpful.

    November Start Weight:215
    November Goal Weight:205
    Ultimate Goal Weight: not sure want to focus on small obtainable goals so for now 199 by new year.

    November 1:215
    November 8: 213 This week was tough I’m not sure why but today I saw results.🍁
    November 15: 212 man I haven’t been doing well. I had baked goods this past weekend and not doing my walks. I hope to get on track this week. πŸ‚
    November 22:208 late recording too busy baking but I weighed in on Wednesday and was thrilled. I’ve been making good choices including having everything I wanted thanksgiving day. πŸ¦ƒ
    November 29:210😩 I am hoping this is just because I was really hungry and ate a big meal for dinner, we shall see tomorrow. Lol onward…
    November 30: 210 today I feel good about this I just wish I could have eaten the goodies and lost more. Have my cake and eat it too! Thanks guys going onto December.
