    Good morning!

    Very pleasantly surprised at the results of what I would consider a pretty perfect health conscious day. Couple of juices, a small lunch, plenty water and a decent amount of walking and exercise as well as a tight 5hr eating window. Much the same again today except there’s a couple of hours of tennis to be added to the mix this evening as we prep the coming season.

    My January goals:
    Weigh in daily in the AM

    Attempt 10m on elliptical

    Official Jan 2024 starting weight 287.5lbs - this seems to be where my weight settles in my mid 40s. In my teens/20s it was 190. I guessed yesterdsy it was around 288.

    🙆‍♀️Get 8000 steps at least 3 time a week, go for a walk at least 2 times a week

    Hello! I've gained quite a bit of weight over the past few years, and I'd like to turn that trend around. At a minimum, I'd like to get out of the obese zone, so my first goal weight is 185.

    My goals for January:
    - Daily physical therapy for chronic injury
    - Lose 4-8 pounds

    Jan 1: 216.7 (PT & calorie deficit)

    Hi All! I'm a 46-year-old married mom of five. I started this group in September at 141 pounds (overweight for me at my height) and have lost about 11-12 pounds overall since then. I always gain some weight around Christmas; I love the cookies, truffles, and eggnog etc. I allowed myself to just enjoy those things and slack off some; however, it's time to get back to the routine! My goal for January is to log and weigh every day, and to lose 3 1/2 pounds. I'm setting my goal a tad on the aggressive side because I suspect that some of my gain from the end of December is not only fat but water and such.

    Ultimate starting weight 160.0 pounds
    January goal: 126.0 pounds

My trend weight keeps creeping up even with my weight slowly trickling down so I look forward to seeing that stabilize/improve. It’s taco Tuesday today but I won’t be having tacos. Lean baked chicken, spinach salad and sweet potatoes for me.

    Hi I'm Candice ☺️ I had a baby 6 weeks ago and returned to exercise too quickly so I am on recovery pt/rest. My year long goals are to breastfeed all year long, return to pre pregnancy weight or a little lighter, get pregnant again, and return to running at some point 😊

    I am 30, 5'8", and 158 lbs. pre pregnancy I was 150 lbs and got to a bit over 180 before having my baby.

    My January goals are
    - dry January (no alcohol all month)
    - log my calories at least 4 days a week
    - weigh in every day
    - go on a walk 3-4 x a week
    - pump at least every other day

    I'm not setting a weight loss goal because I don't know my calorie burn right now with breastfeeding...but I want the scale to move down this January lol.

    🙆‍♀️Stretch daily/ Exercise 3x per week- starting at 10 minutes (for busy days, anything for the habit) - 60 min. Additionally walking at least 5,000 steps a day to start,

    Ultimate goal- have a healthier life style which will bring my weight down.

    Happy New Year to everyone! My name is Kelly and I was a part of this group for many months last year and was a great group to help me keep focused on my goals daily, weekly and monthly!

    I am 53, married, with 4 grown kids and 7 grandkids that I watch during the workweek. I have a wonderful dog named Woody (Labradoodle).

    Goals for January:

    Not sure why the scale went up a whole pound overnight when I didn't overeat (Whaaa?!), but I promised to report honestly and accurately; so there it is. (Hopefully, it will adjust itself over the next couple of days!)

    Hi All! I'm Amy Marie. I am 46 and 5'4" current weight 178. I need the accountability of the scale. I lost 20 lbs in 2023, stopped weighing and tracking and gained it all back.

    My goals for this month is daily weigh ins and tracking. Daily walks. Not necessarily weight loss related, but to regain a work life balance. I have been deep into some work projects and have let it creep into my home hours.
    I look forward to focusing on our health together.

    I love your plans for daily walks! I really noticed a change in how I approached working out when I framed it as something I did to recover from stress instead of a tool to lose weight.
