    Switching to a Full Body Weighted workout, that includes squats. It’s what I have been looking for. 🙂

    Jan 29- 30 sumo squats
    Jan 30- 15 basic squats
    Jan 31- 30 sumo squats
    Feb 1- 15 basic squats
    Feb 2- 30 sumo squats
    120 squats

    Week 2
    Feb 5- 45 sumo squats
    Feb 6- 20 basic squats (split into sets of 5)
    Feb 7 - 45 sumo squats (split into 3 sets of 15)
    Feb 8 - 20 basic squats (split into 4 sets of 5)
    *I am splitting my squats into sets throughout the day, bc I am already sore from ship building. Carry on.
    Feb 9 - 45 sumo squats (split into 3 sets of 15)
    175 squats

    Week 3
    Feb 12 - 45 sumo squats
    Feb 13 - 20 basic squats
    Feb 14 - 45 sumo squats
    Feb 15 - 20 basic squats
    Feb 16 - 45 sumo squats

    I am sitting at 200 squats a week. I think I am going to sit at this number and see if I can keep the squat habit as part of my daily routine. I am kind of proud of sticking with this for 5 (coming up on 6) weeks.

    Thank you, for the welcome @kevrit, I found a overall dumbbell program that includes squats, that I am going to pursue.

    March 36 squats and new hand weight routine
    My doctor recommended today that I start some work with hand weights so I'm going to keep track of it here. I'll probably do it only three days a week.

    I missed a few days as my back is hurting. I will have to stop the structured plan and do less, maybe start at day 1 and stay there for a while. I think I increased too fast.
