@tarun_yadavA well FLA is not that far from all of us in Texas... I vote for ROAD trip vs food carnage. 🙃😆😂

Haha @SummerSkier I was thinking @tarun_yadavA if you’re driving from FL to NJ you’ll have to drive through Virginia, so road trip to meet up with me along the way would be really cool! 😀😀

Nice morning run @tarun_yadavA . Sounds like you will be finding some great places to eat. You'll have to give us your critiques.

@Laurz9191 Sorry your toes went numb and you had to bail on the ride, but you did great! Somedays, you just can't. I'm glad your leg is okay.

@Teresa502 You were probably smart to not run on the streets alone. It was cold here this morning too, but no breeze, so it wasn't quite as bad. Of course, I did NOT get out for a run though. LOL You did great. It's supposed to be breezy later in the day. That makes it feel so much colder.

    Hi everyone!

Just finished my bike ride today. It wasn’t what I had hoped though. There are not too many times in your life where you think to yourself I would rather be on a 20 mile run, but that’s pretty much what I was thinking about the whole time.

It was boring and my toes went numb right away (they still are numb). I also realised I would need over 5 hours to finish- so I aborted after 40 km and am now waiting for the train to take me home 😥. Next time I need to find a biking buddy to come with me! Legs are fine though despite the numbness :). I’m hopeful tomorrow’s training is easier!

    @Laurz9191 LOL @ rather doing a 20M run instead 😂

Paging @chris_in_cal .... Strava! It works!
    😂

So, MFP tells me you've daily logged for seven straight years. You seem to be fit, run a lot, have a loving family, have fun, remain optimistic, helpful, encouraging, any correlation? How about a little speech? What's the story?

Congratulations on seven years of consistency, that's remarkable.

    05.03 4.5km 36min 8:06/km - 12 stride repeats
    06.03 6.2km 51min 8:12/km - 10, 5, 5, 5min intervals
    08.03 7.0km 57min 8:09/km - slow
    09.03 3.0km 25min 8:26/km - slow
    11.03 4.2km 35min 8:16/km - slow
    13.03 5.3km 43min 8:08/km - 22ish stride repeats
    14.03 5.7km 47min 8:18/km - slow
    15.03 6.1km 48min 7.56/km - 10min fast
    18.03 4.0km 31min 7:52/km - 15 stride repeats
    19.03 4.0km 31min 7:52/km - fast-ish

    50.00km/80km, 0.3km ahead

No idea, was tired, exhausted, restless. Started running fast and just kept it up. Same average pace as yesterday, but no intervals. Will try to get to 10km doesn't matter how during the weekend on Monday. Weather for all three days is rubbish. We'll see, and I'll chose the best day.

That was a roller coaster @7lenny7! I’m really hoping for long term relief once the cortisone kicks in so you can get to the starting line!
