    So proud of my fitness pal inshapeck for stepping it up and getting to the 1000 minutes for the month. Even though she still has under 100 to go, I know she will get there. She has came a long way and I so thankful for this website to bring us together as inspirations for one another.

    I'm out of town tomorrow so I'm done for September. My last check-in:

    Monday: 75 min ashtanga yoga
    Tuesday: 23 min run, 75 min vinyasa yoga
    Wednesday: 45 min lifting
    Thursday: 44 min run, 90 min yoga

    Weekly total: 352, September total: 1788

    So I didn't quite make my 2000 goal, but I still think I did pretty good being out of town two weekends :-)
