What’s did everyone have for breakfast?

            It varies. Yesterday I made a fruit and yogurt parfait. 1/4 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt, 1/4 frozen fruit, and 1/4 cup of organic high protein granola (Aldi brand). Today Am having a cup of Raisin Bran w 1/2 cup fat free milk and coffee w chocolate vital proteins and fat free reddi whip1

            A sausage,gravy, biscuit and egg white bake. Meal prep will last 6 meals and it was fantastic!2

            Wild mushroom toast (on baguette slices) with roasted mixed mushrooms, gouda, caramelized onions, boursin cheese. Quite a few small-ish crispy smashed Yukon gold potatoes, with ketchup. Coffee with actual cream.

            A few months ago I decided to try Holos overnight museli after I'd seen a few too many ads for it on Facebook. They weren't bad, but also weren't great. In cleaning my kitchen I found I still have 8 of them so I'm trying to eat them up. Today I had the maple almond flavor, which is my favorite of them.
 I also grabbed the wrong teabag and stuck it in hot water, so I had it with lights out hibiscus tea, instead of bolder breakfast tea.1

            1/3 cup Kodiak cake pancake mix combined with a couple spoonfuls fat free Greek yogurt, handful frozen berries mixed together. Sugar free syrup mixed in. Microwave 2 min 30sec. Its like berry fruit cobbler3
