Mowed the lawn yesterday. Didn't sleep cause of allergies, so
McDonald's $5 meal. Plain burger, fries, chicken nuggets at 3:59 am. Now 10 am and I'm looking for salad for lunch in a couple of hours.1 -
Coffee With cream/sugar... probably grilled cheese later.0

Tasted a Toaster Scrambler, one bite was enough. Threw them away. On my way to Dunkin for cold brew and wake up wrap.
Cause I slept well last night, so healthy food today.1 -

I like to have 1 whole egg, 1/4 cup egg white and 1/4cup cottage cheese all cooked in a skillet with 1 tsp kerrygold butter. Sometimes I will have 1/2 eziel English muffin or fruit

I also do coffee with 2 tsp benefiber, 2 tbsp vital collegen and about 1/2 cup of quest protein vanilla RTD. I do this daily2

I usually have a fruit mix blend- Banana, spirulina, moringa and coconut water. I'll also add whatever fruit I have on hand. This morning was watermelon.0

I cooked some potato and onion in butter and scrambled an egg into it. Tea with sugar and milk. 1 slice of 12 grain Dave's Killer Bread with cinnamon sugar and butter.2

A huge chocolate chip cookie at farmers market. So good! Probably a million calories.
