Coffee With cream and sugar and a slice of pizza with bell peppers for brunch.1

More of a lunch since I don't eat early in the mornings, but a breakfast type meal. Breakfast sandwich of egg/egg whites, bacon, cheese, sriracha sauce on an everything bagel. Premade a bunch of egg so I can just heat it up for meals.2

Two homemade biscuits with dry-fried ham and my latest obsession- Calabrian Orange and Pepper spread. A little bit of that and cue the Yosemite Sam dance! Whew!
Coffee with frothed milk, a cup of cottage cheese with a sprinkle of “5-Korn” muesli and a dab of honey.
533 calories and 35gr protein if memory serves.
I’ve only got two batches of blueberry pancakes left sitting in the fridge. Thank heavens. I am sooooo over them.1 -

Another 4am glut. No mcdonald's today. Steak, eggs, potatoes, egg and cheese quesadilla, snack cake and coffee. Hate to even add up the calories, but not as bad as usual 4am. Pizza for lunch, so today will definitely be a fail for weight loss. Tomorrow will be better.3

I'll be working on some of the cornbread left from the New Years Day lucky foods I made yesterday. Blackeyed peas and collard greens for lunch.... with more cornbread.0

Well, today was different. Slept til noon, so no breakfast. Made up for it with a good lunch!0

Black coffee with monkfruit sweetener… added 1/2 bottle of premier protein shake as my creamer. (Around 7:30 this morning). Got my walk in… now to think about lunch.2

Scrambled egg sprinkled with black pepper and ground mustard fried in a wee bit of olive oil and wrapped in a high fiber tortilla. Also had half a banana. And a bottle of water, too.2

Coffee with Nut Pod Creamer, 4 egg white omelette with feta, spinach, marinated tomatoes and Mrs Dash. Also a cinnamon raisin English muffin and real butter.1

It's Chobani brand eggnog made w/ oat milk. It was the only one our store had left at Xmas and turned out to be the best! It tastes just like eggnog but without the thick consistency. I stocked up 5 cartons 🤣1 -
