I see now that I'm just not a yoga person. it's not intense enough for me. I did end up finding time this week to do lots of cardio and did my personal best on the stationary bike: 15.32 miles in 60 minutes! I'l do my challenge for next week.0 -

Team let's do our very best this week! We all want to lose weight and have set high goals for ourselves. Daily, once we finish each challenge, we should push for 5 MORE! We can do 5 more chops OR drink 5 more oz. of water. Just think of the EXTRA lb or 2 that you could do if you just did 5 more. Now, before I hit "post reply", I'm going to do 5 more squat jacks. Seriously, I had just done 15; but now I'm changing it to 20 because I did 5 MORE!!!!! Oops, I almost did 6. :happy:0 -
