4 Brazil nuts and 4 Chomps grass-fed beef sticks with guacamole. Trying to correct a selenium deficiency and increase my protein intake on limited time to prep food in the morning. Also eating keto today.1

Chick Fil A Cobb salad with light Italian dressing! Worked 4 twelve hour shifts in a row, 15,000 steps per shift and Pilates after each. I earned a treat 😋3

Was gonna have scrambled eggs at home, but out of coffee at home, so headed for Dunkin. They had a breakfast special! 2 wake up wraps and coffee for $5. One wrap for today and one for tomorrow, and I did get a bag of coffee for home, so no more temptation.1

I do intermittent fasting. So just a black coffee (the one thing I’m addicted to) at 8 am and waiting for lunch at noon. I do not fast on weekends, so I’ll tune in on Saturday morning.3
