πππππ 10/07-DNW βοΈ (Trend Weight: DNW) Iβm in a real slump. Handyman is finally coming back today to hopefully start or plan a new project. Trying to pull it together here. Iβve been so busy between yard work and babysitting that the house is a mess and I have no energy to change that. Iβm usually pretty tidy and organized so this is uncharacteristic of me. Itβs probably crash & burn sugar responses with those foods I am not even supposed to eat. Standing in my truth today no matter how difficult the reflection is. See you all tomorrow.

YAY! Almost at my goal weight for month. Went out walking yesterday- 37 minutes. 3 days so far this month which is what I did in total last month. So improving. I just hope when I go back to school next week it doesnβt stuff up all my hard work- studying full time for me is a full time job and takes all my darn energy.

Hi all. After 18 days of perfect caloric intake I stuffed it yesterday for Toblerone. I also gained again but at least this time it was deserved. Iβm still in 106 range which I hadnβt been since beginning of 2025 so itβs not too devastating but still disappointing.

I'm Jillβ¦ I'm 55, 5'8", and have been married now for 30 years! Mentally I feel like I'm in my 30's and I'm hoping for my body to get back there. π€£
My consistency goals this month:
π§ Get my mornings started right by pre-logging and checking off "To do" items before workΒ
π§ Dance/walk/move regularly

October 3rd: 222.6 YES! Pre-logged and ready to go for the day! Today's job is to seal up the exterior cracks and crevices of our home to keep out the critters as they seek shelter for the cold.
