    10/24-DNW (Trend Weight: DNW) No Weigh Friday. It was a good day yesterday on the dietary front. However, no exercise except running like a chicken with my head cut off. I’ll try to fit it in today but I’m never sure what the day brings when DD and DGS are here. Handyman has finally been back the last couple of days. It’s been like pulling teeth to get him here. This place is now a piled up mess again but progress is definitely being made.

    πŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒ 10/25-184.6 βœ… (Trend Weight: 184.2) Down from last weigh-in so there’s that. Yesterday was not a shining moment in this round. I was definitely influenced by my DD but it’s me that needs to keep my hands in my pockets. She doesn’t push anything on me or even encourage me. We’ve had our talks and I will definitely have to take the blame. The day before was really good and probably saved me. I’m planning a good day today but feel like I need to carefully plan. I just can’t let hunger become an issue when the answer is food and all the bad foods are all around me and well within my reach on weekends. Good decisions are my plan.

The good thing is that my meals continue to be good or I would really be doomed. I don’t need a daylight to dark plan. I need a daylight THROUGH dark plan. I’m eating this garbage late at night after a healthy compliant day. Double Whammy! Definitely some self-sabotage sprinkled in with addictive cravings. What a way to undo such carefully planned great days!

    My continuing goals: Drink more than 64 oz of water, 25+ grams of fiber, and 100+ grams protein.

    I'm going to try to get at least three days of activity, mixing strength and walking/jogging.

Basically the same schedule as Fridays. I will also have him again next Friday through Monday due to DD’s work schedule temporary change. So I’m not sure how accurate this is but it was a good day yesterday for sure. Except no exercise again which made 3 or 4 days in a row. He’s kept me on my toes though so I’m not sure if that counts. I did some raking and burning too.

    πŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒ10/28-183.4 βœ… (Trend Weight – 184.1) Well I am going to try to move forward this week with as much positivity as I can muster because I’ve been feeling pretty stagnant going up and down the same ladder within the 180’s. So I am focusing on the fact that I have lost 13 pounds since April 10th, 2025 (when my round ended) according to my tracking in another challenge on MFP. I have firmly and securely planted myself in the 180’s which I so desperately wanted to do back then. I stayed in the 190’s for so very long and I am promising myself that I will not stay in the 180’s nearly as long (mostly years!) I always keep my promises to others. The question is….Can and will I keep my promise to myself?

    You are so close to cracking the 180s @deepwoodslady Keep rocking!!

    I am there with the 160s. Trying to crack into the 150s. This group has helped me through the ups and downs of the month. All are very inspiring πŸ’• Hope we continue on into November
