Donna, you can do this. It sounds like you have set your mind to it. I feel like that is the most important part. Small changes add up.

@Lilylady3k Another way to increase time is to go to 35 minutes for a week, then 40 minutes for a week, then 45 minutes.

Couldn't face the scale this morning. Overate yesterday, didn't exercise, did go for a walk. Felt really bloated this morning. My computer is working properly again today. I only rebooted, the solution to most problems. As of yesterday, the daily scale was going up, but the 7 day average is coming down. It is the average that I focus more on. Only three Halloween chocolate bars left. They will be gone today and then I'll be able to get back to my more normal IN.

A vacation, how lovely for you. Care to share where you went?

If you think about 1lb = 3500 calories. Did you really eat 12,250 calories more than you expended while away? It would be really difficult to do that in one week. I believe it more likely that you've retained water and have an excessive amount of 'food in transit' from travelling. Let's see where you are in another week.

Did not weigh yesterday (reported the average of 2nd and today for yesterday). Today's is up. The Halloween chocolate is finished. Three days in a row of 2500 IN calories. I know what I need to do. I just need to do it.

Yes, sleep is key. We burn fat while we sleep. I'm sure that you have already Googled better ways to get a full night's sleep.

I feel like you are getting good at your restaurant food choices.
