    Day 6 of October Challenge

    Squad meeting tonight after work... but I still walked 2 miles at 9:30 pm!

  • I joined a challenge about two years ago where, the goal was to walk 1000 miles in a year. I made the amount.

    I think I should retry it again.

    did a 5 mile leslie today, my first at 5 - i usually do 4, then another 2 on the school run
    7 miles yesterday too

    Hey everyone! Well I got in sanother 2 miles today and a mile yesterday so total so far is 15 miles. Maybe do another 2 miles this afternoon!

    Great job everyone! I walked today at work on my morning break. It wasn't a complete mile so, I will walk again this evening and updat my ticker at that time.

    Day 7 of October Challenge
    Did WATP 5 miles Advanced Walk - 2 fast miles, 1 mile w/stretchie, 1 w/ab belt, 1 w/hand weights.
    I don't know if any of you in this challenge have this dvd, but this is my favorite WATP. I love that it's 5 miles, and I love using all the boosters. My arms get tired, but I know I'm working everything!

    I would like to join. I have just had a baby and am now ready to go. I am in Australia and have loads of Leslie's DVD so I am happy to give it a go. Lets say that I would like to do 30miles to begin with. I will make sure I catch up too. Lets get moving.

  • A cold kept me down at the beginning of the month, but I'm back! I've done 12 miles this week between doing C25k and Leslie. I picked up the newest "5 Really Big Miles" and LUV IT!!!

    First time I did this one and didn't realize that this DVD is actually logging in at 5.0 mph!! Holy boosted walk!

    Day 8 of October Challenge

    The weather here in NJ was gorgeous today! So, I took advantage of the weather and went on a hike on a new trail in our area this afternoon. We did the 2 mile hike and it's mostly thru woods and following creeks. Took 4 of my grandchildren and 1 of my daughters along. Nice was too spend the day! :)
    Now I'm going to go do my WATP 5 miles Advance Walk.

    Just a 2 mile walk tonight....WATP Express Walk Strong. I think this was the first WATP dvd I ever bought years ago. :)

    I did 3 miles of the 5 mile fat burning walk yesterday and 3 miles of walk off 10 pounds today.

    went over calories yesterday but I usually keep Sunday as my cheat day.

    Missed last night because I wasn't home.... will have to make up for it during the month.
