Workout type: Cross Trainer & Doggy walk
Calories Burned: 610 & 230 = 840
+ (since previous day): 3 cals
I know it doesn't seem like much extra per day but by the end of this month I will have worked up to doing 650 cals on the cross trainer each night...then maybe 700 in Nov, and 750 in December.....and who knows where it will all end!
Slow and steady! I'm in no hurry! Today is rest day...........ahhhhh!0 -

Measurements: Waist: 29.5, Hips: 6.5, Arms: 11, Thighs: 22,5.
October 1st ... running 20 mins + walking 30 mins = 356 cals burned
October 2nd... walking 120 mins+ 60 mins cleaning = 382 cals burned +26
October 3rd...runnning 25 mins+ walking 15 mins= 396 burned+14
October 4th...Workout dvd 65 Mins + 15 mins walking= 286 burned... didnt have time to do anymore! so il make up for it tonight!
October 5th .. workout dvd 35 mins+ walking 40 mins+ cleaning 10 mins= 401 Cals Burned =+5
today is my rest day ! il check in tommorow!0 -

- 70 from yesterday. Rained all day so couldn't get my run. So ran and marched on the spot indoors. Hopefully tomorrow will be better

I took breaks this week from the challenge. I still worked out throughout this week, but did not attempt to exceed the 969 calorie mark from Sunday.0 -

Sorry I'm not on top of posting everyday. I usually have to use my phone, which won't let me post on the forums. So I post when I can. Won't be posting this weekend b/c it's my husband's and I's weekend getaway. So will be devoting all my time into that. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend and keep up the great work!0 -

It's not every day that I have the time to burn that many calories. When I get those very high burn it's cause I go to the gym and not babysitting the little grandson!0 -
