You're smoking it Zara! The fitness guy at my classes says that when your muscles are hurting the next day, they are actually burning calories. Hope that's true!! Fingers crossed you get the loss you deserve at next weigh in. x0

Oh well i like the sound of that, that they are burning more calories!! Thanks Sharon, your so supportive! I sooo hope i get a great result this week as ive had 3 slow weeks now.. im due a big loss, according to mfp i should have lost atleast 10lbs but only lost 4. i keep going though in the hope that pretty soon it will start going down, down, down, quickly again, Notice this is a cycle with me so not panicking. Im following my dieticians instructions perfectly with the calories, minimum plus few hundred extra if im hungry, he said im allowed chocolate each day as long as its under cals and fat too, so hopefully the big numbers are coming my way! would be amazing to get my 4 stone for the girls night as i got my 2 stone on the day of the last one!!! xYou're smoking it Zara! I lost 4 lbs since my last weigh in. I am so happy I will be leaving the 50's behind soon and say hello to the 40's. My left foot is a little sore today so I'm not going to push it with the miles today, 3 miles is good! Good luck everyone!!!!0 -

I'm hurting today and my balance is terrible. Walked to work and back and did a short yoga session tonight- who'd have thought standing on one leg would be so tricky, lol. Think I'm sliding into a fibro flare up so will have to see how things go over the next few days. Ho hum. x0 -
Btw, Zara asked about my home-made fruit lollies. They are incredibly simple- 100g frozen fruit (berries are good) and 300ml of apple juice- blend together (use a small amount of juice to start and then add the rest)- pour into 4 ice lolly moulds and freeze. Mmm... so good.

Today Tuesday 11th,... why oh why did i climb 90 flights of stairs yesterday? can barely walk today, wont be trying that again any time soon, slow day for me and im guessing tomorrow will be the same! lesson learnt big time! ouch! x0

Wow i am so happy to be over the 10,000 mark!! half way there!!! did i say how much i love my new polar ft60? lol. love love love it, so motivating! pushed to to do lots more walking today. walked into town and back from town, after doing a big shopping center and another town center. Three towns in one day, thought i might as well get my moneys worth on my bus pass, and got some bargains too!!! first time in sooo long i have enjoyed shopping, because now i can actually go to the high street and shop, instead of going in the one larger person store we have here! x0

Friday 14th... 11,000 cals burnt and 6lbs lost this week, soooo happy, adjusted my goal weight this month to go from 250 to 239. Currently ar 243lbs...thought id try to push myself a little more. Anything over my original goal would be great but would love to be under 240 by the end of the month. Girls night out tomorrow, first one in 4 months, so no doubt that wont be great for weight loss. Us girls dance ALL night though, so may not be too bad! hopefully! Just going to enjoy it anyway! so excited... x0

I didn't lose any weight this week but am not going to get down about it. I have really struggled all week with depression and pain, so am just chuffed that I have managed it all without turning to food to blot things out. Have still managed to exercise so that is a big plus point too.
