I'm in! Yesterday I just did 30 minutes of walking. Today I did 23 minutes of jogging and 10minutes of ummm...calisthenics? So, 63 so far.0

11/1- missed it completely since had too many things going on at home; father sick, work too busy etc. thought i could do it at night but never made it- yek. unless i get it done first thing in the morning , it does not seem to happen these days

I tried to post yesterday but don't see it so I will redo Tuesday and add todays.
Week of October 31st goal: 360 minutes
Mon: 80 minutes (20 min elliptical, rowing machine and walking, 60 min lifting/2 min stretching)
Tue: 100 minutes (40 minutes walking, 30 minutes jogging, 30 minutes moving my Mother into her retirement community)
Wed: 120 minutes (60 minutes of aquafit and 60 minutes of weight training)

I am doing well but tomorrow I work in the morning and probably won't get as much time for exercise although my job is pretty active.0 -
