I'm on day 3! My legs wern't sore after day one, but they were after day two because I didn't stretch enough afterward. Looking forward to it!
yeah, i know stretching is very important or else we will be left with joint pains and aches0 -

Today is my rest day, so no shred for me either. Will pick it back up tomorrow.
I'm doing a Rugged Maniac 5K on Saturday (5K with obstacles)....should I do Shred the same day? I don't want to over do it and being dying the next day. lol0 -

Its a 30 Day weights + Abs + Cardio work out by Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser) on DVD. Someone posted a link earlier to watch it online, or Walmart has it for $10. :0)

Level 1 - Day 4 completed. I can't use heavy weights and this is my first round. I'm using 1lb in each hand and finfing that tough enough!
I'm also doing the biggest loser 30 day jump start. Its a nice 10 min cardio or strength at the end of each day to help me avoid any late night snacking!
I'm also just ordered the biggest loser bootcamp. Planning to do it between my rounds with Jillian. so 30ds and jump start for the 30 days then bootcamp then back to Jillian for level 2.0 -
How is everyone doing? Im done with day 5 so 1/6 of the way through. Finding it tough today since its TOM but battling through.0
