I couldnt workout on the weekend as I had a knee injury..But back on track today, completed day 6, I am 2 days behind.. :-(0

So I'm REALLY behind. I'm still on day 4... I skipped Thursday on purpose (rest day)...had the 5K on Saturday, planned on doing it Sunday, ended up walking 11 miles and was to tired for shred when I was done...and today I woke up feeling like a bus ran over me...backed up...and ran over me again. And of course after reading all that I just see "blah blah blah excuses!"....tomorrow I am definitely going to get back to it though!
I wanted to share some of the pictures from my 5K though, it was really fun.

Level 1 Day 8 done today, after the third day last week I started to feel good and I wasn't as sore so I upped my weights to 5lbs and wow these last few days have been torture but it feels good

Level 1 Day 8 done today, after the third day last week I started to feel good and I wasn't as sore so I upped my weights to 5lbs and wow these last few days have been torture but it feels good

Anyone get through lvl1 completely the first day? I'm so out of shape its taken me 3 days to try and complete it. Tomorrow i'll get it done for sure! Then i'll start my 30 days.0

Level 2 Day 1 finished and I did not expect it to be that HARD!! I was almost thinking of going down to 3lb weights with this level but I will see how I do for a few days then decide. There was not a spot on the spreadsheet for all measurements but after the first 10 days I have lost 4lbs and 9 inches and I feel good Can't wait to see results for the next 10 days!!

I am still doing level 1 and I want to do it for few more days on level 1.. It seems we lose maximum weight on L1 (may for few of them) and since i took a 2 days break in between I want to do it for few more days and then I will move to L2..0

I had to take a rest day in between due to my knee joint pain, I have completed level 1(10 days), but plan to do for few more days.. On the rest days, i didnt actually workout, but compensated on other days burning more calories..0 -
Started the shred a few days ago! I'm definitely feeling stronger, the soreness is starting to go away! I'm not following it too strictly as I am prone to exhausting myself and stopping it altogether. On my days off, I either run or walk. Good luck everyone! Proud of you all for sticking with it!0

I have skipped some of the days, but I have been going to the gym and doing cardio a few times a week as well so far since we have started I have done 10 days total. But, I just read on a post today that Jillian Michaels didn't intend for people to do it for 30 days in a row... it def makes me feel better for skipping a few days.0
