I have been cutting carbs for the past week and my ride today was awful. I had absolutely no power in my legs, felt lightheaded, needed two breaks and got home feeling like crap. :sick:
Anyway,
I did get 20km in
Tomorrow I have some carbs along with my protein before I ride, then maybe I will make it up the mountain.0 -

(i live in California and average 40 to 50 miles on sundays)
200 on the road bike (if it rains on my road ride day --sunday-- I will do my miles on the spin bike)

I've been off the bike for two months, more or less, coinciding with the new semester intensity at work. I gained 4 pounds back from my low two months ago so I'm back in the saddle, if only on the trainer. I've lost a pound this week. Yea.
