How long have you been stalled? It might be because you increased your water and your body will hold onto it before letting it go. I also took a peek at your diary,(just a couple days) you might want to try and start adding more vegetables to your diet. Are you doing any strength training?0 -

Not necessarily a waste...with all that you are burning you need some extra food. What are you eating late at night? Could you maybe chew gum or get sugar free candy? I too get the late night munchies and can sabatoge myself.0 -

Just one week. Im not a vegetables fan, would it be okay to just add fruits? I'm currently working on Tae bo for cardio and Biggest Loser last Chance workout for circuit training.0 -
