You inspire me more then you know...I had my daughter in 08, I went down to 180 less then a month after having her. I got on the scale 2 months ago after seeing some recent pictures of myself and I was at 217! HOW THE HELL did I ever let that happen?!?! So I joined MFP. Seeing success like yours gives me hope and the motivation to keep on going. I am currently down 18 pounds. I only weigh myself twice a month so I wont know until the end of the month if its still working. I stick to my 1200 calories a day, I work out half an hour 5-6 days a week..more if I can find the time. I'm noticing my shape is changing more then my # on the scale but thats ok by me! I'm hoping to be down to 150 by the summer so I can do another set of family photos almost 70 pounds lighter. Thank you for posting your story it helps me SO MUCH!0
