Today while doing squats with Jillian Michaels I notices my quads popping out.
This week I noticed that I can actually see the muscles in my arms.0 -
LOL, davidbass!!! I was just thinking about my belly button but was ashamed to mention it. I noticed that my finger goes all the way to the bottom of my belly button lately!! It didn't used to!!!
Also, today at work, I was moving some things with some other "skinny girls" and one of them said, "Man, you're really strong!" YEP YEP YEP...all that weight lifting is paying off!!!0 -
Today I noticed I didn't curse Jillian Michaels when I did my Ripped in 30.
I would have. I'll be cursing her tomorrow.0 -
Today I noticed 2 things!
1st-when I got out of the shower this morning I realized that I had left my clothes on the dresser but my fiance was still sleeping so I decided to wait for the clothes and go ahead and do my hair/make-up (so I wouldn't have to turn the lights on and wake him up). While nude. And it totally didn't gross me out or make me feel ashamed.
2nd-my second set of boobs (that roll of fat underneath my my boobs) is gone. I didn't notice that one till this afternoon when I was messing with my bra trying to figure out why it felt different. Cause there's no fat there!! Ok, so there still is some fat there, but not the roll of fat that was there a few months ago.0 -
I have dimples on my shoulders. I guess all this time fat was covering it lol0

Today i noticed that my husband was starting to see a change in the way i look, and it made me happy, if some one who sees me everyday can see the changes then everyone else must to. helped re light my fuel to keep pushing myself0

Yesterday I noticed that under a thick layer of dust there was a Gymstick and stationary bike which can give me a great exercise easily at home any time I feel like. I also noticed I didn't have any strength in my hand muscles and butt is not as firm as I liked it to be so I can look forward to impressive improvements, LOL!
Today I noticed that even if the scale fails you now and then, there can be a million other positive realizations to keep you on track - thanks for all for sharing your NSVs!!!0 -
This week, I noticed...
I've lost over an inch on my waist and three inches on my hips....
I've gone down a bra size...
My fave leggings no longer pinch when I wear them!

This week I noticed...... that my wedding photo's from 1 year ago are hideous! The failure of my marriage and the fact that I was overweight has massively kicked me into gear this year. I now have 1 of those photo's saved as the background picture on my phone. I never want to go back there!0

I found a tub of old clothes that I had packed away and 1/2 of the clothes fit...the other 1/2 was too BIG! I have already zoomed past my 'fat jeans' and fit into a pair of jeans I have not been able to wear for almost 6 years.
It feels sensational!!0 -
I will not be sharing the photos with anyone but my husband, but I took some pictures of my bum in a thong, and compared it to pictures of my bum in a thong from 12 years ago when we first started dating... and I have a more rockin' body now than I did when I was 27 years old.
Ha! Take THAT Mother Nature and Father Time! :laugh:0 -
On saturday I noticed that when attending the OSU vs Penn State game with my husband, I wasn't out of breath or needing to take a break whil walking up the stadium steps to our seats!0

This week I noticed that I spent two days wandering around Paris in skirts and tights and my thighs weren't even slightly chafed!0

That I'm no longer considered OBESE! Finally I can call myself plain, old overweight! Haven't been able to do that since I was about 12 or 13. :laugh:0

This week I noticed definition in my arms. Changing up my lifting routine is working0

1. Some jeans I "put away" came right up over my hips
2. My waist is getting smaller
3. I care less about the scale and more about the changes in my body. Instead of numbers, I look for rolls, bones and muscle satisfaction which is MUCH better than any number.0 -
Today I realized that you can make a difference not only to your pal but indirectly to their pals...AMAZING!0

I noticed that my face is starting to look thinner. Today, I learned I can have a small slice of Chocolate cake with Chocolate Icing and not go back for 2nds or 3rds...0
