beautiful, long, slow jog in the sunshine this morning tanning cream. i'll have a bit of a tan on my white legs by this afternoon!:laugh: :laugh: the healthy bbq i intend to cook for family and friends this afternoon costco this morning i had fun getting a few things at garage sales yesterday!

Had a wonderful weekend.
How about you? that it is going to be in the 80's all week. that the flowers are blooming. that I have my fridge well stock with Hummus and Laughin cow wedges. that I was able to walk more yesterday with Jerry and Sammy. Not as good as Sat. Somedays my legs just give out. but movement is a good medication. So what ever I do is a blessing. I did walk in place off and on all day. Will keep moving today. going to Wally Mart today for a few things. More movement. Have a great one

Hello to all of the grateful :flowerforyou:
I think I've missed a few days. But today I'm here and grateful for our health, mine, hubby, daughters and the rest of my family spring rain and that the snow that came down did not stick and pile up! (though it might overnight) that my treadmill got moved to the basement and that room it was in can become a real room again. I'm thinking spare bedroom/sewing/craft/painting. 0 -

I'm grateful that the sleeveless top I bought in December for $8 that was too tight to wear .....
