As usually I seemed to have gone missing at the end of the week. This time I caught a cold but luckily it wasn't too bad. On Sunday I made a yummy pot of vegetable soup and was well enought to get some exercise in at the start of this week so I am going to put last weeks and this weeks exercises below:
Week 1: 360 minutes
Week 2: 260/360 Goal not met - what a week. 260 wasn't that bad considering.
Week of November 14th my goal was 270 minutes went over by 30 minutes
Mon: 60 min. aquafit
Tue: 60 min. walk/jog intervals
Wed: 60 min. Aquafit
Thur: started to come down with something after work
Fri: sick
Sat: sick
Sun: 120 minutes of helping my Mom move to her retirement communitydespite having a cold.
Total/min left: 300/ 0 went over my goal
Week 1: 360 minutes
Week 2: 260/360 Goal not met - what a week. 260 wasn't that bad considering.
Week 3: 300 minutes went over by 30 minutes

Well this has been a ongoing challenge for me. I'm very proud to let you all know I only missed one day of working out this whole month. I didn't know how I was going to do it in the beginning but I pushed my way through and now I have the thought in the back of my head... you can slip 30 minutes in... I actually feel bad if I don't work out!!!
