Okay - another 6 miles today (3 miles on the road running and another 3 walking the beach) but I got step it up p[retty hard the next two days which is tough - folks leave on Wednesday and guests checking in to villa as well - ouch - not good. BUT I WILL TRY HARD TO MAKE MY GOAL! After today I am 84.5 / 100

i adore this thread/challenge.....it's funny cause i'm not friends with many on here but i love that you all just keep moving your @sses.....
i'm going to declare this the most successful group thread (well all the move your @ss challenge threads) so far on MFP...i'm sure there are other groups but i think ours is the absolute best...we have diehards that have been here since the beginning, we have people who have come and gone, we have had some come and go and come back, we have had newbies just recently join us....
i think we are an amazing group of individuals committed to fitness and health with the focus on the FITNESS part versus the # on the scale - this i love love love love the most as i have recently shifted my focus from the scale to my body and how i feel and i love to be surrounded by @ss movers who just keep moving, no matter what....
you are an AWESOME GROUP OF PEOPLE...
