Tuesday- 30 Minute Brisk walk and 22 Minutes of 30DS- So a total of 52 Minutes
Wednesday- I was up late so I forgot to post but I did 22 minutes for 30DS
Thursday- again22 minutes of 30DS
Friday-( okay now that I have the right day!!! LOL) I did 57 Minutes... 35 slow walking and 22 minutes of 30DS...
Saturday- another productive day!! 37 Minutes with both jogging in place to try to keep myself warm at the parade and 22 Minutes 30DS

If you are like me and did not reach goal, try again this week. Success is never giving up!! And I bet you did more that you normally would do. I just was too tired and relaxed this week but I am ready to rock out my 250 min next week!!:drinker:
