    Dec 3, Sat - 45 min spin class

    398/360 Surpassed goal :D yeah gotta aim higher next week or watch cal burn!

    Welcome Week #1 Goal 210 Minutes


    Monday- 30 Minutes Total - Circuit training 20 minutes and Zumba/dancing 15 Minutes
    Tuesday- 30 Minute Brisk walk and 22 Minutes of 30DS- So a total of 52 Minutes
    Wednesday- I was up late so I forgot to post but I did 22 minutes for 30DS
    Thursday- again22 minutes of 30DS
    Friday-( okay now that I have the right day!!! LOL) I did 57 Minutes... 35 slow walking and 22 minutes of 30DS...
    Saturday- another productive day!! 37 Minutes with both jogging in place to try to keep myself warm at the parade and 22 Minutes 30DS
    Sunday-



    225/210 ( another week that I have surpassed goal)

    Dec 3, Sat: 0....but it was a fantastic family day so I don't regret it!
    Dec 4, Sun: 120 mins synchronized skating practice - 617 burned

    Total minutes - 294/ 280
    Total calories - 1606/1600

    Holy crap! I made it even though only working out 3 days! I think I should set a higher goal next week since I am planning to have a more regular week. Man, it feels to actually complete a goal!

    The 1st week was awesome!!! You all plugged in some AWESOME numbers and met and surpassed goals!!! Keep up the good work!!!:flowerforyou:

    If you are like me and did not reach goal, try again this week. Success is never giving up!! And I bet you did more that you normally would do. I just was too tired and relaxed this week but I am ready to rock out my 250 min next week!!:drinker:
