Week of November 28th my goal is 360 minutes. My calories burned per HRM goal is 3500.
Mon: 45 mins/ 507 cals-off to a good start!
Tue: 68 mins/ 538 cals
Wed: 0/mins/0 cals
Thur: 0mins/0 cals (hate being sick! Looks like I will have to up my workouts next couple of days!)
Fri: 49 mins/481 cals (Hopefully I can make up some of this at my first race tomorrow! So excited!)
Sat: 41 Mins/458 Cals
Sun: 45 mins/502 cals
Total/min left: 248/ 360 Calories burned remaining 2,486/3,500
Next week is a new week! Same goals! Hopefully I won't get the stomach flu again.. That was the second time in a month that I'd gotten it! No bueno!0 -
