    Dec 1, Thurs: 2.41 mile run - 29 min
    Dec 2, Fri: Physical Therapy & 30 DS - 66 min
    Dec 3, Sat: Walking - 70 min
    Dec 4, Sun: Running 4.16 Miles - 50 min

    Accomplished!

    Welcome Week #1 Goal 210 Minutes


    Monday- 30 Minutes Total - Circuit training 20 minutes and Zumba/dancing 15 Minutes
    Tuesday- 30 Minute Brisk walk and 22 Minutes of 30DS- So a total of 52 Minutes
    Wednesday- I was up late so I forgot to post but I did 22 minutes for 30DS
    Thursday- again22 minutes of 30DS
    Friday-( okay now that I have the right day!!! LOL) I did 57 Minutes... 35 slow walking and 22 minutes of 30DS...
    Saturday- another productive day!! 37 Minutes with both jogging in place to try to keep myself warm at the parade and 22 Minutes 30DS
    Sunday- 57 Minutes today....What a day. I hope everyone's Sunday was great!!!

    The 1st week was awesome!!! You all plugged in some AWESOME numbers and met and surpassed goals!!! Keep up the good work!!!:flowerforyou:

    If you are like me and did not reach goal, try again this week. Success is never giving up!! And I bet you did more that you normally would do. I just was too tired and relaxed this week but I am ready to rock out my 250 min next week!!:drinker:

    1 week down and 4 to go!!

    Week of November 28th my goal is 360 minutes. My calories burned per HRM goal is 3500.

    Mon: 45 mins/ 507 cals-off to a good start!
    Tue: 68 mins/ 538 cals
    Wed: 0/mins/0 cals
    Thur: 0mins/0 cals (hate being sick! Looks like I will have to up my workouts next couple of days!)
    Fri: 49 mins/481 cals (Hopefully I can make up some of this at my first race tomorrow! So excited!)
    Sat: 41 Mins/458 Cals
    Sun: 45 mins/502 cals
    Total/min left: 248/ 360 Calories burned remaining 2,486/3,500

    Next week is a new week! Same goals! Hopefully I won't get the stomach flu again.. That was the second time in a month that I'd gotten it! No bueno!

    December 5th: Walked 3 miles for 40minutes ( hoping to get another workout in this evening) 320 minutes remaining...
