    dec 1 spin 9 miles + ripped in 30 (2 miles) =11 miles
    dec 2 ripped in 30 + shred level 2+ yoga =3.5 miles
    dec 3 spin 12 miles
    dec 4 run 4.9 miles
    dec 5 cardio strength class = 3miles
    dec 6 spin 9 miles
    dec 7 zumba 60 min = 5 miles

    total = 48.4 miles this week will most likely do ripped and shred later today. so hopefull will cross 50 miles by tonight.

    not sure how to do the ticker? can anyone give me a clue?

    To make a ticker- go to tickerfactory.com. You pick your design and then put in the info for the challenge. When you are done you copy and paste the link in the first box and then insert it into your post. Go back each time you log miles and update it, cut and paste the new link into your post here.
