Are you going to log Christmas day?

I will log. Not to say that I will remain within my calorie limit, but it helps me to stay accountable.0

Yes, I am doing the cooking so it will be much easy to calculate my calories. I may go over but. I am on maitenance and I have been under (net) for awhile, so no worries.0

Log my food? Nope. I already know I'll go over in wine alone. :drinker:
Log in to MFP? Yup.. to wish my friends a Merry Christmas!0 -
Yes! It is a day for family and friends, but I can take 5 minutes while we're sitting around watching a movie or playing the Wii to get on my phone and log my calories. It's not that hard.0

I'm logging and working out on Christmas, and if I go over on fat/calories, I'm not going to freak out. I'm actually curious to see how I do since I couldn't eat on Thanksgiving (I had wisdom teeth removed 2 days before).0

I will log my food at the end of the day and report all damages lol0

If I logged Thanksgiving, I'll sure as hell log Christmas.0
-
Now that I'm more calorie-aware, I will probably guess. Too lazy to put in all those homemade family recipes! :-)0

I did log my food on Thanksgiving & plan to also log my food on Christmas. I will watch what I eat, but not count every calorie & if I go over (which I did NOT do on Thanksgiving) oh well.0

I agree, especially when 10 family members bring different homemade dishes!0 -
No way!0

Well, since I've spent every dime on gifts for my kids & ME I won't have any money leftover to buy food. Have you seen the price of a HoneyBaked Ham...$70 for ham!?! So I should be well under my calories on Christmas day0

SURE!!!! If you know in advance you won't be recording it you will not behave! At least if you know you will be writing it down, you will try to make better choices. Even if I splurge, I will write it down and then if i gain that week, I can look back and see what I enjoyed!!0

I plan to go with the flow ..0

yep I will log it all good or bad.....I still need to hold myself accountable for what I put in my mouth.0

yep traveling part of the day and no real 'dinner' plans until late afternoon / early evening. Will have smart breakfast & lunch packed so I will log them and see what I have to 'play with' for the rest of the day Thanks for the post0

i am hoping to but not sure how successful i will be. i will not be at home so it will be difficult to keep track of things.0
-
Absolutely...
Typically, if it goes in my mouth, it goes on my log.
If I go over my calories once in a while, I don't fret... it's going to happen once in a while.
Merry Christmas everyone!:happy:0 -
Yes I will, Happy Christmas0
-
Yes, I take pictures of everything that I eat or drink, and then log it later.0
-
I'm going to because I want to stay on track. I go over every once in a while, but I can't just give up one day because it's a holiday. I went waaaaay over for Thanksgiving, but I still logged.0
-
Yes, I am going to log on Christmas day. I did on Thanksgiving as well.
Same here.0 -
....You know, I wasn't planning on logging it, but I wasn't planning on logging my 5 Day Vegas trip either, and I manged to log the horribleness of that. So I may log Christmas too. .... but then again, we'll be at my husbands Grandmas house, and oh man, she has so much food there I shouldn't eat...thats probably whats going to kill me. Everytime we are there I have to like hug the wall because there is candy, cookies, chips and beef jerky everywhere!0
-
I'm doing the same as I did with Thanksgiving - workout, eat, log after, and not care if I'm over. :-)0
-
Nope. I never log on weekends or holidays.0
-
I am going to log but I think I might just do quick cals0
-
Nope. Even if I wanted to, the moment I access the Internet on Christmas, the wife would likely kill me with a poison dart to the back of the neck.
MFP gets enough of me the rest of the year. :drinker:0
