    OK..this might be as far as I get this month (off work and won't be making the gym in the AM because I'll be home working on a home remodeling project), but at least I made my goal!

    i'm pretty sure i'm not going to make my 75 miles but i will do my best to push it out and get as many in as i can...i have a 3.5 mile run today and tomorrow on the calendar and then i'll see what sat, sun bring...monday i am starting back up with my NROLFW and will do cardio before and or after so i'll get some more miles in there.....tuesday will be treadmill after runts go to bed so i'll plan on 5 then....past that i know i have workouts planned i just dont know how many more miles i'll get in....like i said, i'm gonna push myself to get to my goal....
