I'll take it off your hands. I don't see the big deal.0

Okay, so I've read alot of this thread, and am wondering....why the hell is this a problem??
If you don't like it don't use, if you want it, use it, end of story.
12 pages for this? wow.
You've read a lot of this thread and didn't figure out it was a joke? Wow.0 -
I agree with most these posts, just give as a gift to someone who isn't dieting. :happy:0

Unless your manager is normally a complete biotch, I would take it as an attempt at a nice gesture, even if it was not something you want. You could go with your kids and get something relatively healthy (i.e. no double sausage), a treat once in a while doesn't make you a bad parent, and won't hurt your kids. Or you could re-gift it to someone who would like it. You could even give it to a homeless person.0

Buy the pizza and put it in a piñata.
*like*0 -
Get the pizza and bring it into work. Cut a hole in the bottom of the box, right in the center. Put the box in your lap and call your boss into your office..............
Yes! Put some sausage in a [pizza] box for Christmas!0 -

Give it to the next guy you see on a street corner who hasn't eaten in awhile and tell him Merry Christmas. You'll both feel good.0

Re-gift!
This ^ . . . . some skinny teenage boy will be eternally grateful. (I know because I have a skinny teenage son, and he's not too concerned with preservatives.)0 -

^ . . . Amen.0 -
Gift it back to her for New Years- hehe :happy:0
-
she's obviously a chubby chaser0
-
did she give similar cards to other employees? You could start a CLASS ACTION SUIT!
Get rich, buy the company, awesome0 -
just eat the gift card. you'll burn more calories than the card has so it's like eating negative calories.0
-
She's obviously jealous.
To get back at her, buy her hundreds of the cheapest California Pizza Kitchen gift cards and then cover everything in her office with them. She'll get the message. And if she doesn't, you'll have revenge when she dies from all the processed food and chemicals.0 -
I think you're reading too much into this. She's not trying to sabotage you, it's a gift. Appreicate it, and if you dont want to use it, give it to someone who does.
I agree with this one. Is your manager usually vindictive about you or your weight loss?0 -
That deep emotional conviction of the presence of a superior reasoning power, which is revealed in the incomprehensible universe, forms my idea of God. God says eat pizza and teach your kids the value cheese and sauce.
but is pizza good because God says it is good or does God say it is good because it IS good?0 -

fiber or is it fibre, grammar and spelling count0 -
Send it to me.
Or me! I LOVE CPK!!
Bottom line: one pizza won't hurt you or your child/ren. Pizza can actually be quite healthy and CPK has whole wheat, thin crust options and their pizzas are often full of vegetables. I ate there when losing weight, it didn't hurt me at all.
So, if you really want to get rid of that gift card, send it to someone who will appreciate it. Like me. I'm a stay at home mama about to have a baby and I rarely get treats, presents, etc. And I never, ever get a night out with my husband. You can make someone's day by giving them a treat they'll enjoy and you can stick to your diet. It's a win-win!0 -
