    fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries with organic vanilla yogurt, a slice of Ace bakery organic granary bread and 1 tbsp of organic PB
  • A "green smoothie" (blueberries, peaches, spinach and ice)
    and a fat free yogurt w/ pecans and flaxseed!

    A thinnish slice of home made banana bread with real butter, three tater tots, a fried egg, a cup of grapes, and coffee. About 420 cals, but I have them to spare today!!

    Also, Arnold's Light is 40 calories per slice, and YUMMY! :happy:

    This morning was 2 Kashi GoLean blueberry waffles, a handful of blueberries and a tbls of Cary's sugar free syrup and 2 turkey sausage links. Small 4oz of OJ.

    This morning, I had a slice of Kroger Four Wheat Whole Grain Bread toasted, 1 T. Almond Butter and 1T. Smucker's Strawberry Preserves. Yum!

    Almost everyday I start with 2 whites and a yolk. Once in awhile I get crazy and add chicken. Boxties are awesome also if I have room for them, but haven't made them in awhile.

    This morning I had Quaker Weight Control Instant oatmeal with 1/2 cup red raspberries. Also 4oz. of Prune juice (which I actually like:laugh: ) The instant oatmeal is higher calorie that regular cooked, but in the morning I need the convenience.

    no breakfast for me this morning. Have to go in for some Lab work for mu surgery in the morning. but Plan on when iget back 2 scramble eggs, 1/2 c strawberries, 1/2 slice tomatoes.

    3 oz ground turkey seasoned with chili powder/cumin , 1/4 cup diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup egg beaters and 1/4 cup low fat cheddar. I mixed all that together and made scrambled 'eggs". Cindy :heart:

    2 tbsp lowfat peanut butter
    1 small banana
    1 cup 1% milk with 1 tbsp Ovaltine!

    Cindy, your eggs sound delish!

    I had a low sodium V8 and coffee for breakfast.
    I know we are supposed to eat MORE for breakfast and less for dinner, but my hunger doesn't work like that. If I eat a big breakfast, I blow through my calorie allotment for the day, so I'm trying something different. A V8 fills me up and gives me nutrition.... we will see if I lose any weight with this method. :smile:

    Breakfast is your most important meal of the day and should consume a decent percentage of your calories, you must eat something to get you going and start your day off right.
    My breakfast consists of
    Oatmeal made with:
    1/2 c. old fashioned oats
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 tbs. blanched almonds
    cinnimon

    and a yoplait light yogurt

    This keeps me full until luch
  • mm..I had oatmeal with a banana in it and a dash of milk, and a yoplait yogurt:):-D

    Sometimes if I am still hungry I will have 1 slice of toast with peanut butter:happy: Yumo!!!!!!:laugh:

    I had a Vanilla Muscle Milk Light right after my workout and then about an hour later I had:

    2 hard boiled eggs
    1 piece of wheat toast
    Berries & Cream Yogurt
    Coffee w/ Half n Half and splenda
