    no im not under aged im 22 years old with a family and its just mean she did nothing wrong and never did anything to upset you i think shes perfectly fine being here shes not hurting anyone or anything

    Unfortunately SHE drew attention to herself. The rule is in place because a minor cannot legally sign a contract. When we sign up here we check a box stating we are 18 and therefore old enough to agree to the contract.

    I am an MFP Moderator. We do not go around searching for underage users, but when one admits in open forum and even brags about it, we have a duty to report it to the owner.

    There are legal issues involved, plus some topics here are not appropriate for minors. Also, the nutrition goals are geared toward adults. Also, it's irresponsible to have minors here, befriending adults, sometimes unknowingly. Creepy.

    No, the law. Again, you must be 18 to sign the contract and when you signed up it specifically asked if you were 18, and if you agreed to the terms of service.
