    In 90 days - I would like to be in 2 sizes smaller jeans and only eating half my exercise calories daily. Toned and able to walk ten minutes on stair master - (sado masochistic machine from HELL) without wanting to throw up!

    What you would like to accomplish in 90 day : I would love to have finally lost some weight. I am hoping that being a part of this group will keep me motivated to workout at least 6 days a week, especially on the days that I am required to work extended hours. I would like to be 2 jean sizes smaller; I would like to go from a 14 to 10). I would love to have more energy than I do now.

    I would love to join this challenge, as I'm having a very hard time losing the weight. I've lost lots of inches in a few short months, but the scale doesn't want to move.

    Starting weight: 214
    Current weight: 217
    Goal weight: 155-160?? (size 10)
    What I hope to accomplish: I want to get rid of the flab!! I want to see a slimmer version of myself in the mirror at the end of 90 days and hopefully have lost 10-15 pounds. I exercise regularly, so exercise isn't a problem for me, but I have a problem with nighttime eating and I need to put a stop to my over indulgences that take place during the night.

    Hope there's still room for another participant!

    What you would like to accomplish in 90 day. I would like to lose at least 30 pounds in the 90 days that this challenge is running for.     What you would like to accomplish in 90 days?: Hubs & I are TTC our 1st, so if that happens, I'm just gonna work on getting healthier for me & our unborn child (resistance training, etc), but until then, I'm ready to kick this weight loss plateau FIRMLY in the @$$! I'd like to be able to do more reps of REAL push-ups, at least 3 pull-ups (to start with) & become a leaner (less jiggly), not meaner, version of myself in the process. ... I think my problem is mainly due to what I'm putting in my mouth OR not eating enough of (healthier, less-processed foods), but I'd love to get some EASY recipes to try, beause #1, I'm NO COOK & #2 I'll be starting Wi quarter classes in January.

    CW: 160 (haven't weighed myself since mid-December, so it's probably up a few pounds from the holiday)
    GW: 145
    90 day goal: Down to 150. That's a little less than a pound a week. I'm really not great at controlling my food intake (especially at social events, restaurants, happy hours), so I want to work on that. But also I really want to focus on working out and trying new videos, classes, routines, so I make it a habit and don't get bored.
    I have before photos saved on here (from this summer at about 167), so I can use those.

    Excited for this challenge! The hardest part for me will be to stay motivated, especially after I have a bad day or two, so I'll need yalls help. Good luck and Happy New Year!
