            I had a wonderful wholewheat blueberry lemon oatmeal breakfast muffin around 7 a.m. and then 1/2 c. frozen blueberries with 3 oz. dannon blueberry yogurt between 9 and 10.0

            I had an awesome breakfast today, higher in calories but they were all good:
 2 slices wheat bread, one with 1tbs of almond butter and 1/2 sliced apple on top + cinnamon, the other with 1tbs natural pb + few banana slices, and a scoop of chocolate malt protein powder in a cup of cold coffee.
 On most days my breakfasts consists of oatmeal + choco protein + pb mixed together
 yay protein.0
