    I am doing good, I think this first week I am losing alot cause of the water retention and the extra weight I gained at x'mas. So I am really looking forward to Sundays weigh in! I think alot of people are going to do really good!

    The spreadsheet is just to keep track of everyone's weight each week and the progress we make. I am the only one who can make changes to it. I post a link to it once a week for you all to be able to view it if you would like, not a have to thing, to see how everyone is doing. The spreadsheet is done in Excel and is locked so no one can make changes accidentally to it.
