    I didn't get up til 11:30, didn't sleep well last night. So now it's 12:30 and I've just had Quakers Instant Oats made with Water not Milk - 100 cals

    I decided tot ry something to different today and so glad I did it was DELCIOUS!!!
    I had an egg white omlette with, mushrooms, tomates, sliced turkey, fat free cheese, salsa and fat free sour cream. The whole thing was only 170 calories and so feeling I ate it about 3 hours ago and am still stuffed from it!!!

    Oooh I remember those........they were sooooo good. I would fill mine with onion, green pepper, mushrooms, ff cheese, salsa, and ff sour cream.
    :sad: Then I developed a severe egg, & poultry allergy.

    Yogourt topped with granola & an orange.

    I'm being very naughty today...my coworker brought in donuts (and I rarely eat them...but today...)

    1 Chocolate glazed donut
    1 glass very cold skim milk

    I'll have a banana or strawberries later for a snack.

    Haven't had breakfast yet, but looking at everyone's breakfast ideas is def making me hungy!

    I think I'm going to have a cup of oatmeal with a banana cut up in it and maybe a 1/2 cup of strawberry yogurt! Yum! :smile:

    I had Kashi Go Lean Crunch in 4 oz 2% milk!! :love:

    Love the Kashi! That's my usual breakfast: Kashi Go Lean Crunch, skim milk, and OJ for a total of 536 calories or so. A good start.

    Today, though, it's Chick-Fil-A chicken biscuit - lazy Friday.

    Blueberry Lemon Oatmeal Muffin (mmmmm)
    6 almonds

    9:45 a.m.
    1 boiled egg, on top of
    Sara Lee 45 cal. wheat bread, toasted
    1/2 Sargentos lite string cheese, melted on top.

    Tastes almost too good to be "good" :bigsmile:

    I am being naughty too... I was STARVING this morning and Cheerios weren't gonna cut it.
    2 Lean Pockets.... those really aren't as lean as one would think. :grumble:

    Had the same as nearly every morning...7am 2 hard boiled eggs and coffee :drinker: and follow up coffee #2 @ ~9:drinker:

    I had one of my favorite things for breakfast this morning, a turkey egg and cheese sandwich and a 1/2 a banana.
    I make the sandwich using a whole grain wheat sandwich thin
    1 slice of thin turkey (publix brand)
    1 slice of kraft fat free american cheese
    and 2 egg whites :love:

    Sorry to have been missing but been in hospital have stents put in my left leg. will have the right leg done later on. I have really been off my routine. for they kept me overnight I CU. But I am bck on my low carb diet now,

    Breakfast
    2 scramble eggs. a sl. of sausage. small bowl of cherries.

    Tasty wonderful. My husband makes the best scramble eggs.

    I forgot to post this earlier!
    I had a Banana Applesauce Muffin (a whole 92 cals!) and 6 almonds at 7:15 a.m.
    Then at 9:30 I had a Banana Peanutbutter Pita and 1/4 c blueberries w/ 3 oz. nonfat yogurt.
    Coffee w/ sugarfree creamer (my worst vice)
