I didn't get up til 11:30, didn't sleep well last night. So now it's 12:30 and I've just had Quakers Instant Oats made with Water not Milk - 100 cals0

I decided tot ry something to different today and so glad I did it was DELCIOUS!!!
I had an egg white omlette with, mushrooms, tomates, sliced turkey, fat free cheese, salsa and fat free sour cream. The whole thing was only 170 calories and so feeling I ate it about 3 hours ago and am still stuffed from it!!!
Oooh I remember those........they were sooooo good. I would fill mine with onion, green pepper, mushrooms, ff cheese, salsa, and ff sour cream.
:sad: Then I developed a severe egg, & poultry allergy.

I'm being very naughty today...my coworker brought in donuts (and I rarely eat them...but today...)

Love the Kashi! That's my usual breakfast: Kashi Go Lean Crunch, skim milk, and OJ for a total of 536 calories or so. A good start.

I had one of my favorite things for breakfast this morning, a turkey egg and cheese sandwich and a 1/2 a banana.
I make the sandwich using a whole grain wheat sandwich thin
1 slice of thin turkey (publix brand)
1 slice of kraft fat free american cheese

Sorry to have been missing but been in hospital have stents put in my left leg. will have the right leg done later on. I have really been off my routine. for they kept me overnight I CU. But I am bck on my low carb diet now,
